As experienced Coaches, we have learnt that exercise is only part of the solution to your weight and health management. We know that “knowing” the right things to eat is also only part of the nutritional equation, additionally, we have to have consistency in the amounts, things we eat and the way we prepare our foods. Our Coaches along with the ProCoach system, will provide accountability. The ProCoach curriculum reinforces our Coaching where we address your nutrition, lifestyle, behaviour modification, lifestyle, sleep, recovery, exercise and your mindset, you will feel confident in making the small changes required, building up to lifelong change.learnt that exercise is only part of the solution to your weight and health management. Consistency will be gained through reinforcement of small, do-able daily habits. The more these habits become ingrained, the more you will see success on the scales with your weight management. This program is not about changing everything in one swoop, it’s about changing one small thing at a time and do-able daily habits. The pace is slow enough to allow for real life to progress at the same time.
You will work with your Coach daily in some small way to help you achieve your goals. We want you to realise that healthy eating should make your life no harder than it is today… it will even make it simpler with our tips and tricks! As your Coach, we will help you focus on the things that will make a difference. Most of us have a good idea what to do, we just aren’t doing it, or at least not consistently.
This is not a calorie-controlled plan nor do we provide meal plans. We want this to be part of your everyday life and not just another diet you try with some success. Creating the habits and helping you find your own sustainable path is the only way you will reach ongoing success.
The face to face Coaching in this program is supported by online learning and education… everything you need is at your fingertips. You may also do this program solely online, in the privacy of your home should you prefer or if living away from us.
