DESCRIPTION

All of our 1-1 Personal Training (PT) and Semi- Private Small Group Sessions are progressive programs designed with your specific goals, needs and limitations considered. Sessions are based on sound scientific principles and are designed to carry you through the journey successfully to where it is you wish to go. Prices may vary according to the services requested and the expertise and experience of the Coach requested.

  • All initial sessions comprise of a full health and movement assessment and screening.
  • Standard session lengths available are 45minutes or 60minutes or customised on request.

 

1 on 1 PT Session – You are the sole focus of your Coach’s attention. You will have every little item tailored down to your goals, needs, limitations and time availabilities, and your program will be progressive.  1 on 1 PT  may be the best place to start if your needs are more complex; such as Rehabilitation, Disability Services, Sports Specific, Nutrition, Life-Style Coaching or Disease Management. This may also be the best place to start if you have never exercised before or are not sure where to start, as these sessions will give you great base skills &knowledge, which allows you to join group or team training sessions confidently.

Semi-Private – Enjoy the company of a small group of 5-7 like-minded, awesome people while you train with your Coach. You will be coached using your personal and individualised program, one tailored to your specific goals, needs and limitations – only difference to 1 on 1 PT is you have company. Various times will be available so ask about availabilities OR bring your own small group to us for some extra fun. We also offer a selection of semi- private classes from time to time for various interests and medical conditions, including general fitness, Pilates etc.
